Job Description
Baseten is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive growth in their go-to-market recruiting function. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, candidate experience, process improvements, and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to building and scaling the ML infrastructure at Baseten, which has recently experienced rapid growth.
