Technical and strategic customer management (new and existing customers): regular customer or coordination meetings, proactive needs assessment and problem-solving
Proactive upselling for the continuous optimization of customer IT system landscapes
Comprehensive understanding and successful mediation of Base-IT solutions
Development of customer-specific IT solutions in close cooperation with the Key Account Management
Active project management (resource planning of the operational-acting technician team, project control, change requests, scheduling, etc.)
Conducting customer workshops
Continuous quality management, as well as documentation of activities
Self-contained trouble management
Control of invoices
Technical understanding of IT solutions and expert knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Cloud & On Premise)
Completed IT education (vocational training, HTL, FH or university)
Several years of experience in project management, or IT management
Customer-oriented, communicative personality with focus on holistic solutions
Very good German and English skills
Precise, structured, and independent working method

For this position, we offer a minimum annual salary of EUR 65,000.00 gross, performance-related bonuses, with the willingness to pay significantly above the market rate, depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience.
The primary deployment area (depending on your selected location): Central Ö, Salzburg, Vienna, or Munich (travel readiness for the entire country of Austria should be present).
