IT Support Customer Specialist

Base is a fast-growing e-commerce platform that provides an all-in-one system for thousands of sellers. We're looking for an IT Support Customer Specialist to join our international team.

Requirements

• min. 3-year experience in the e-commerce sector
• very good knowledge of the English language (min. B2)
• nice to have knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish, Italian, French, or German)
• very good knowledge of the Base product
• precision and attention to detail
• willingness to continuously expand knowledge
• highly developed communication skills (within and outside the organization)
• very good work organization in a remote model
• analytical skills
• ease of learning and acquiring new skills such as 'digital skills'
