Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Employee to join our team in Veghel, Netherlands. As a Customer Service Employee, you will be in contact with customers worldwide, approach customers proactively, and ensure they are always up to date with the status of their purchase.
Requirements
- MBO+ or HBO education
- HBO work and thinking level
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Communicative strength, proactivity, and accuracy
- Team player
