Job Description
This Temporary Engineer Intern position at Bartlett & West offers a hands-on learning experience in Rail Design. Interns will work on drafting and design projects utilizing Computer-Aided Drafting and design software, gaining exposure to the company's culture and values. The role involves both on-the-job training and the opportunity to explore various engineering tasks and work with a variety of internal staff.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, communication and decision-making skills
- Strong motivation toward accomplishing a common goal
- Effective communication skills
- Good math skills (ability to: add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Knowledge in MS Office Suite and technical software
