Job Description
Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arboriculture Intern for an 8-12 week summer position in Mesa, AZ. This internship offers hands-on experience in tree and shrub care, gaining practical skills in scientific arboriculture. The role includes learning pruning, rigging, root care, and maintenance. The intern will also gain knowledge of integrated pest management and client relations.
Requirements
- Passion for nature and the outdoors
- Pursuing a degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Turfgrass, Horticulture, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture, or a related field
- Interest in working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team
