Bartender

Bartaco is looking for a bartender to create memorable moments for every guest. The ideal candidate is energetic, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork. They must be able to efficiently craft drinks, serve guests responsibly, and have knowledge of the food, beverage, and bar program.

Requirements

• Physical Requirements: Brings an energetic hustle and positive attitude to every shift, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, walk and stand throughout shifts; remain at assigned stations during busy periods, perform tasks requiring continuous movement, such as reaching, bending, and carrying trays
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, willingness to learn and collaborate with others, previous restaurant experience, basic math, reading, and computer skills (POS systems), knowledge of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and food specifications, familiarity with workplace safety and restaurant equipment operation
• Licenses and Certifications: ETIPS (or similar alcohol training program) or A.B.C. Certification
