New Porgera Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Foreman – Crusher and Sag Mill supervisor to support daily operations at their Porgera Gold Mine. The role involves supervising maintenance activities, ensuring safety, and leading a team to maximize efficiency and reliability of plant equipment. This position contributes significantly to the company's export revenue and development of Papua New Guinea.

Requirements

• Trade Certification - Mechanical Fitting or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
• Experience in fixed plant maintenance within a mining or heavy industrial environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in English
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently and within a team
• High attention to detail and safety focus
