Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience in the maintenance of large, open-pit mobile equipment, in a planned maintenance environment
• Two (2) years of experience working in maintenance supervisory or lead role demonstrating increasing responsibility
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to cross train in Maintenance Planning
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with maintenance technicians and other site personnel
