Contract Manager

Barnard Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contractual aspects of construction projects, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with budget and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, and/or Engineering
• At least 10 years of heavy civil construction experience
• Experience with heavy civil construction projects including subways, highway tunnels, utility tunnels, water conveyance tunnels, oil & gas, hydroelectric tunnels and mining
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of legal documentation
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 products especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
