The Head of U.S. Wealth Marketing will drive the growth and success of Barings' wealth initiatives by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, prior experience in financial services, and a strong understanding of US wealth advisors.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience
- Prior experience in financial services company/firm
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written
- Highly collaborative and can work across teams to achieve results
- Direct experience with brand management, sponsorship and events and digital marketing
- Strong project management skills and experience
