Technical Regulatory Manager Italy

We are seeking a Technical Regulatory Manager to join our Technical Regulatory team, with responsibility for Region Italy. This position offers the opportunity to become part of an international team, work at the intersection of regulatory expertise and product innovation, contributing directly to the development of compliant and consumer-relevant food products.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
• 5 years of overall experience in a Food Company, in the R&D or Quality area, with at least 3 years focused on technical regulatory affairs
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Strong Excel skills and Hands-on, tech-savvy approach preferred
• Open to business trips to different locations (10 days per year)
• Proven experience in providing directions and guidance to other teams across the organization
• Ability to deal with strict deadlines and complexity, independently managing multiple projects and activities
• Attitude to work effectively in an international and cross-functional team environment
