We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to support the redesign and deployment of the Order to Cash (OTC) end-to-end process, covering the full journey from customer order receipt to payment collection.
Requirements
- About 3 years' experience in FMCG with knowledge of customer management, supply chain footprint and/or planning
- Experience in process analysis, modelling, and improvement
- Understanding of ERP/SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical and results-oriented project management capabilities
- Strong team-working approach, ability to work with autonomy, strong drive, and influencing skills
- Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and basic Italian
