Job Description
As an experienced candidate-notary, you will be part of the Corporate / M&A section at BarentsKrans, a Dutch law firm and notary. You will be involved in advising medium-sized and large companies on company law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and more. You will have the opportunity to shape your work activities based on your expertise and interest, and you will be an important point of contact for clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Notarial Law
- At least 3 years of work experience as a candidate-notary
- Solid knowledge of company law
- Experience with M&A transactions and/or corporate issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
