Experienced Property Manager - Luxury Community

We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead a multifamily community in Westlake, OH. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing stable or lease-up properties, strong financial acumen, and team leadership skills. This role requires a polished and accountable operator with experience in resident relations and financial management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Demonstrated ability to lead on-site teams
• Deep understanding of Fair Housing regulations
• Proficient in Yardi or other leading property management platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience managing luxury, lease-up, or Class A/B+ properties
• Experience with maintenance operations and vendor negotiation
