Banxware is seeking a full-time Underwriter to manage their SME loan portfolio, monitor risk levels, and develop risk management strategies. The role involves collaboration with various teams to innovate and improve scoring models, while working with external stakeholders. Requirements

• Work closely with underwriters and analysts
• Manage SME loan portfolio and monitor risk levels
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative underwriting
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of German
• Strong understanding of risk management and portfolio management
• SQL knowledge is a plus
