Project Manager

Bantrel is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join their construction team in Saskatoon or Bethune, SK. As a seasoned leader, the successful candidate will drive disciplined planning, integrate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across all phases of project delivery.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of progressive project management experience in heavy industrial, energy, infrastructure, or major capital project environments.
• Post-secondary engineering or technical education (engineering degree or engineering technology diploma preferred); PMP or equivalent considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery models (EPC/EPCM) and experience with formal stage-gate development processes.
• Proficiency in project controls, including earned value management (EVM), forecasting, risk assessment, schedule development, and change management.
• Experience leading projects from FEL through execution and turnover, including engineering, procurement, contracting, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams, shape contracting strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and manage vendor performance in alignment with scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Commitment to safety excellence, fostering a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.
