Marketing Lead

Banqer is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to drive growth in the Australasian market by building and executing marketing strategies across platforms, including classroom-based financial simulations. The role requires a strong individual contributor with experience in marketing, analytics, and budget management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales and Product Development, and contribute to building a strong brand presence in the education sector.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within software or a start-up/scale-up.
• Skilled in both written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with initiative and results-oriented mindset.
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Time management and leadership experience.
• Marketing tools proficiency (marketing automation tools and CRMs, ActiveCampaign a plus).
