Bank of Jordan is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Processes Reengineering & Procedures Officer to analyze and improve the bank's operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Assist in the development and documentation of standardized procedures and process maps that comply with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather insights, understand operational challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Support the training and onboarding of staff regarding new processes, procedures, and tools for effective implementation.
- Monitor process performance metrics and contribute to evaluations aimed at further enhancements.
- Prepare concise reports and presentations that summarize process analyses, findings, and recommendations for management review.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in process improvement to contribute innovative ideas.
