Salesforce Administrator

We're looking for a proactive Salesforce Administrator with 1-2 years of hands-on experience who's ready to deepen their expertise and work closely with business stakeholders. As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll configure and maintain Salesforce, partner with sales, marketing, and operations to understand needs and improve processes, and maintain system integrity and data quality.

Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (or actively working toward it)
• Strong understanding of core objects: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases
• Hands-on experience configuring complex Flows
• Ability to manage configuration changes independently
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
