Licensed Behavior Analyst, Transitional Program

Bancroft is a leading nonprofit service-provider for individuals across the lifespan with autism and related diagnoses. We are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence, a team of approximately 50 Licensed Behavior Analysts providing services across our organization. The LBA will direct the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, along with skill acquisition components of treatment within our children's campus residential program in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Requirements

• Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, plus a minimum of two years of related experience with individuals with developmental disabilities
• BCBA certification required
• New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required
