Financial Services Officer - Paso Robles

Banc of California is seeking a Financial Services Officer to open new accounts, perform maintenance, and cross-sell products and services. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in Branch Banking Operations and a basic understanding of Treasury Management and key branch systems.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in new accounts
• 2 years of experience in Branch Banking Operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of Treasury Management including wire procedures and policies
• Basic understanding of all key branch systems
• Basic end-user knowledge of Word and Excel
• Detailed and accurate with ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to match products with client needs
• Responsive; establishes and maintains relationships internally and externally
• Ability to articulate with confidence as primary point of contact for client questions
• Initiative to learn and grow; stays current on all new products
• Accountable for handling appropriate level of risk and making decisions
