Job Description
Bally’s Corporation is seeking a Representative - Players Club to assist patrons with general information, promote exceptional customer service, and maintain daily procedures regarding the Players Club members.
Requirements
- Assist patrons with general information
- Promote exceptional customer service
- Maintain daily procedures regarding the Players Club members
- Responsible for the issuance of information desired to be distributed
- Responsible for coupons and promotions on property
- Responsible for making public announcements or special announcements
- Responsible for direct mail inquiries to include updating patrons account information and related duties
- Responsible for taking Jackpot Photo’s and filling out the proper documentation for publicity
- Responsible for cleaning the Players Club, marketing kiosks, and signage on Casino
- Assists with the resolution of player complaints and problems
- Assists with promotional item implementation, distribution, and redemption
- Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures
