Players Club Representative

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company seeking a Players Club Representative to assist and inform guests of marketing promotions, casino events, and lodging and transportation questions. The role requires excellent guest service skills, teamwork, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Build guest relations throughout every shift
• Assist with reservations for events, promotions, and guest accommodations
• Maintain the highest level of knowledge in regards to all aspects of the casino
• Communicate details of promotions, mailings, and other offers with all departments
• Provide valuable feedback on guest preference and their expectations
• Maintain thorough knowledge of casino amenities and events to effectively communicate with guests
• Book event, hotel, and restaurant reservations for guests upon request
• Make announcements throughout shift promoting upcoming events
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents
• Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management
