Casino Host

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company seeking a Casino Host to identify, develop, and retain relationships with premium players. The primary emphasis in this role is new customer development.

Requirements

• Maintain a working knowledge of the Company's facilities and special events
• Greet customers on casino floor, establish rapport, and provide complimentary amenities
• Promote the success of the Players Club
• Resolve miscellaneous guest complaints
• Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, entertainment venues
• Facilitate the effective management of information
• Prepare correspondence, memos, forms, reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork
• Augment special events through active participation
• Observe special events in the lives of our customers
• Record information on new customers, and updates Database as needed
• Assist the Slots Department with Jackpots
• Compile customer feedback and informs management of findings on a regular basis
