Requirements

• At least 1 year of HR or people operations experience
• Working knowledge of and experience with Rippling or other similar HRIS programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality, error-free work
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Analytical and system-oriented mindset
• Proactive, resourceful, and intellectually curious
• Maintains high discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
