Job Description
This position is for a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the physical assets of the property. The technician will handle resident service requests, complete make-ready repairs, and ensure a clean and presentable environment. This role involves working with residential properties, including making repairs, yard maintenance, and responding to emergencies.
Requirements
- Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
- Handle resident service requests and work orders correctly within 24 hours.
- Ensure accurate records regarding preventative maintenance and service requests.
- Knowledge of inventory levels of spare parts and supplies.
- Reliable transportation.
- Driver's license.
- Basic tools.
- Basic mobile equipment (plow truck).
