Job Description
PERINTON SQUARE is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Tech or Cleaner. The role involves maintaining the properties including cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of restrooms, common areas, and walkways. Tasks include snow removal, garbage pickup, window cleaning, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The position is flexible with shifts Monday & Tuesday nights, Saturday & Sunday, and days as needed in the winter.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and light carpentry, masonry, electricity, painting and janitorial.
- Ability to shovel snow
- Ability to use floor scrubbers and trucks
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work nights and weekends
