Job Description
Weil Foot & Ankle Institute is seeking a Patient Services Representative to welcome, check in, schedule appointments, and assist with checkout procedures at its facilities. This role requires a customer-focused individual capable of independent work and offering support to medical assistants as needed. WFAI is focused on providing advanced foot and ankle care in a patient-centered environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
- Patient-focused with ability to work independently
- Ability to adapt quickly
