Job Description
The Lead Dock & Door Service Technician is responsible for the installation, service, repair, and inspection of commercial/industrial overhead doors, loading docks, and dock leveling systems. This role involves customer interaction, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving, with opportunities for training and career growth.
Requirements
- Install, service, and repair commercial/industrial doors and dock leveling systems
- Troubleshoot equipment and systems (dock, doors, electrical, mechanical)
- Handle customer service and expansion opportunities
- Valid Driver's License
