Technical Intern 3

BAE Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Intern to support its manufacturing team. The intern will work on continuous improvement projects, support manufacturing personnel, and contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and processes. The intern will also participate in BAE Systems' nationwide LEAP Internship & Co-op Program.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, entering College Junior or Senior year in any engineering/technical degree (mechanical, electrical, industrial, aerospace, engineering technology)
• Motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent team player who is willing to contribute and learn
• Lean / 6S
• Relevant hands-on internship or school project experience
• Data collection & analysis
• Comfort with technical documentation & communication
