Job Description
This is a Team Lead position in the Detail Design discipline, responsible for leading small to medium sized teams of Detail Design resources. The role involves developing localised project delivery plans, managing delivery, and people management within the team.
Requirements
- Competent in processes, procedures and standards related to area of technical expertise
- People management, motivation, performance coaching, and performance management
- EngTech status or working towards IEng status (UK) is desirable
- Academic qualification in Engineering or other related STEM subjects
- Professional qualifications and recognition as Incorporated or Chartered Engineers through a recognised professional institution
