Job Description
The Supply Chain Planner (SCP) is responsible for developing and implementing long-term supply chain strategies and networks to address capacity issues and support business growth. The planner will optimize supply chain management interfaces with manufacturing systems, plan and prepare material requirements, and ensure shipments are accomplished to maintain contract/internal delivery commitments.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of procurement and planning process steps
- Ability to troubleshoot process failures
- Capability to train and mentor junior level supply chain team members
- Experience and judgment to organize, plan, and accomplish department objectives
