Ops Program Mgr II

BAE Systems is seeking an Operations Program Manager II to assist with managing a major development program in the Small Form Factor Solutions (SFFS) product line. The OPM will serve as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, Quality, engineering design team and line management, and have duties such as managing programs budgets, quality and schedule, and providing guidance to identify technical back up for decision making.

Requirements

• Current/active Secret Clearance
• Partnering with multiple factories across the country
• Driving down (HPU), Defects, unit production cost (UPC), Scrap and Rework data
• Effective communication and leadership skills
