HR Business Partner to join our Radford, VA team. The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor, partner with business leaders, and lead strategic and organizational change efforts to transform our workforce for the future.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience
• HR business partnership experience, with a focus on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective HR strategies to address them
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with talent management strategies, succession planning, and leadership development
