Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- HR business partnership experience, with a focus on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective HR strategies to address them
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with talent management strategies, succession planning, and leadership development
