Job Description
As an Engineering Manager, you lead cross-functional teams of software engineers to deliver high-quality software. This role involves translating between engineering and product, ensuring teams align with strategic goals, and fostering a productive environment. You are responsible for team leadership, people management, technical direction, and growth, and driving the team to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or similar experience
- 7+ years of hands-on software development/engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary Agile development teams
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience with Agile and CI/CD practices
- Strong English speaking and communication skills
