Fort Smith, AR - Maintenance Superintendent (Further processing)

Provides leadership, consultation, and direction to all maintenance departments. Performs administrative duties in preparing and maintaining records, reviews maintenance production and preventive maintenance reports and follows through on deviations from expected results and goals.

Requirements

• Directs maintenance departments for the further processing facility.
• Performs administrative duties in preparing and analyzing reports for maintenance.
• Holds maintenance supervisors accountable for hourly maintenance personnel and maintenance downtime.
• Manages the learning and training of subordinates to continually improve their knowledge and skills.
• Maintains close and effective working relationship with production, quality control, and USDA.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Must pass a background investigation.
