Requirements

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed
• Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned
• Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly
• Ability to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products
• Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner
