Office Assistant serves as the first contact for visitors and callers to the Student Life Office, providing campus-wide information and supporting the Student Life staff with administrative and event support.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Able to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely fashion
• Computer proficiency, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Canva
• Ability to lift 25lbs
