Audience Services Associate

The Audience Services Associate serves as the on-site front of house representative and is responsible for managing all front of house operations while maintaining the safety and professional standards of the Sorenson Center for the Arts.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in customer relations or audience services, especially in performing arts organizations
• Detail-oriented and punctual
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a variety of people
• Comfortable serving in a position of authority in emergency situations
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong people and money-management skills
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as events require
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
