Babcock is seeking Expressions of Interest for its Early Careers Programme for 2026-2027 for trainees in Engineering, Project Management, Procurement & Supply Chain, Health, Safety and Environment, and other disciplines. This program offers a supportive environment, education & training, connections, and flexible work arrangements. Graduates and Interns are welcomed with support and resources to succeed in their chosen field.

Requirements

• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
• Eligible for New Zealand Defence Security Clearance
• Graduate program, completion of relevant degrees/Masters (Grad or Masters degree or completed degree & Masters)
• Internship programme (November 2026 and penultimate year of study)
