Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in a Business/Project Support role or technical coordinator/administrative assistant role
- Advanced organizational, communication, and strategic skills
- Strong administrative skills including post-secondary education from a recognized institution (Business Administration an asset)
- Very strong computer skills including MS Office suite, MS Visio, MS Project, SharePoint
- Strong skills coordinating multiple tasks with limited degree of supervision
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal across all levels of management
- Strong Leadership qualities with the ability to provide informal mentorship within your domain
- Experience in problem solving focusing on analytical solutions
- A disciplined and holistic approach to procedures and processes ensuring alignment with company's vision and principles understanding impacts across the team
- Comfortable working in an industrial shipyard environment
- Experience technical writing
- Working knowledge of data management, including MS SharePoint lists/libraries
- Eligible for a Canadian Secret Security, Controlled Goods, and ITAR Clearance
