Job Description
BayMark is seeking a compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee to assist patients through medically assisted programs and offer coping strategies. The role involves individual assessments, group sessions, post-therapy evaluation, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Current ADT/ADT eligible status in Washington state.
- Positive and non-judgmental attitude towards patients.
- Criminal background check and drug screen
- Adherence to patient confidentiality.
