We are looking for a Shift Leader with experience in leadership and warehouse area to join our dynamic team at BA Logistics GmbH. The role involves leadership and coordination of shift operations, management of warehouse processes, and communication with other departments.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics, preferably in a leadership position
• Fundamentally knowledge in warehouse management and organization
• Developed leadership and social competence
• Ability to motivate, control, and promote employees
• High level of responsibility and enforcement power
• Flexibility and willingness to work in early and late shifts
• Good computer skills
• English understandable in word and writing
