Job Description
B. Riley Wealth is seeking a full-time Seasonal Tax Preparer to work in our Poughkeepsie, NY tax office for preparation of individual and business income tax returns for the 2026 tax season.
Requirements
- Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and collect necessary documentation.
- Review client-provided financial data for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare individual and business income tax returns using UltraTax software.
- Research and respond to client inquiries on tax-related matters.
- Identify opportunities to assist clients by recommending additional firm services.
