We are hiring a Prep Cook at The Holiday Inn-Hasbrouck Heights in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. The Prep Cook will execute recipes, work with staff, and ensure proper food handling.

Requirements

• Some familiarity with standard portion sizes, cooking techniques, and overall kitchen etiquette
• 6 months experience as a restaurant expediter or prior cooking experience
• Worked an 8-hour shift in a kitchen
• Knowledge of local sanitation laws
