Product Owner – Online Customer Portal Tallinn (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to support the development and evolution of our online customer portal on a fixed-term contract through to February 2027.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital environment
• Strong experience in backlog management, feature prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and Scrum practices
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with both technical and business audiences
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and digital user journey optimisation
