Azeus Systems Limited is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage 80+ accounts globally, develop relationships with clients, and upsell to existing accounts.
Requirements
- Report to the regional manager and the head of global customer success
- Manage approximately 80+ accounts within various countries
- Develop relationship with existing accounts in the region
- Find creative ways to upsell to client, generate referrals
- Attend weekly / monthly meetings and report regularly
- Record clients’ interactions via CRM
