Account Manager (Software/ IT)- KSA

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking an Account Manager for their Convene meeting and collaboration software solution, designed for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. The role involves managing government accounts within the KSA region, building strong relationships, and generating upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS or IT solutions and be fluent in both Arabic and English.

Requirements

• Report to the regional manager and head of global customer success.
• Manage approximately 20+ government accounts in the KSA region.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct client onboarding and renewals.
• Schedule client feedback meetings.
• Complete client upgrades.
• Ensure subscriptions are completed.
• Drive Change Management initiatives.
• Conduct admin and training sessions.
• Prioritize and handle customer requests.
• Mitigate escalation requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Record all interactions in the CRM.
