Job Description
Ayr Wellness is a leading U.S. multi-state cannabis operator seeking a Dispensary Tech to provide exceptional patient experiences. The role focuses on creating a compassionate, respectful, and inclusive environment. Dispensary Technicians are responsible for providing product knowledge, patient support, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulations. AYR Wellness is dedicated to becoming a trusted provider of sustainable cannabis products.
Requirements
- Basic math, computer, and cash handling skills
- Ability to coordinate and problem solve in a professional manner
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years’ experience working in retail or other customer service position, cannabis experience is a plus
- Ability to pass all background checks
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Effective communication skills
